Our hope is that everyone who considers themselves part of Exodus contribute once a month in helping with the necessary tasks of our weekly Sunday morning gathering.

in our community ::

We follow Jesus’ example of loving our neighbors. The people of Exodus are passionate about serving others in Bloomington. For many this includes working or regular volunteering at places like the Boys & Girls Club, Shalom CenterHannah House, or the Rise. Groups also join together for service projects like Habitat for Humanity or Spring Break camp at Girls Inc. Boys & Girls Club

Because of our unique partnership with the Boys & Girls Club, we have a special focus on serving at the club. In particular, Exodus members are encouraged to join together for a special tutoring program called “Mitch’s Kids” (starting Fall 2009). About 20 volunteers will each take a 1 hour shift each week, Mon-Thurs afternoons, for 15 weeks to tutor some of the neediest kids in our community. To join the team, or get more information,
