Sunday, May 2, after church We will have a picnic at Third Street Park (across the street from the Boy’s and Girl’s Club) after the service on May 2nd.  To help determine how much food we will need, we need you to RSVP here http://bit.ly/aq3Qpv.  Hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, tableware, bottle water will be provided. Bring a camping chair or blanket to sit on. The RSVP forms has a few options for you to select what item you may want to bring. Please stay within the options. We do not have the ability to store food in the refrigerator or keep food hot during the service at the Boys and Girls Club.

Recognizing that Easter Sunday is only the beginning of Easter season,we’re going to focus the next FREE worship event around theResurrection and aligning our lives to that reality. FREE is time and space to worship through music, prayer andreflection. The environment is relaxed, open and somewhat experimental (We will seek various ways to encounter God through worship). Genesis Church is hosting “Re-digging the Wells” a week of worship next week, April 5-9.  They will hold special services each weeknight from 7-8:30pm, which each night having different area pastors and worship teams participating.  On Thursday night, April 8, Matt Nussbaum will be speaking and Lucas Allen and other from Exodus will be leading worship.  For more info see http://www.igenesischurch.com/.
